Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

4.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• All pool chemicals
• Automatic Chemical Feeders
• Closing Kits & Chemicals
• Opened or used pool cleaning equipment

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
4. Ship item to our return center at 4587 Collins Avenue, Columbus, US 43213

5.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.1 Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.
